- How do I keyword search?
There is a Search by Keyword area on the left hand side of each page.
- How do I get answers to Customer Service or Ordering Questions?
Click on the Contact Us located on every page on the left. Your questions will be answered in a timely fashion as we don't like waiting for answers either!
- How do I place an order?
Simply click on the Add to Cart button located just below the item/s you choose and follow the instructions from there. If you have several items, please Contact Us so we may reduce your shipping costs before you finalize your order........or we will reimburse you as soon as the order and delivery are completed.
- How do I find a specific manufacturer?
Enter the manufacturer's name in the Search box on the left side of each page.
- How do I find a list of all the product types offered under the Main Categories?
Click on the Products feature on the left side of the Home Page. It will take you to icons of the products offered......click on the icon for each category to open up those items listed under that section. You can then click on the specific items you are interested in which will take you to that page. An easier way is simply to click on the category (such as Camping Gear); it will take you to icons of the products within that category.......then click on Tents, Picnicking, Lanterns, Grills or Sportz Domes.
- Will there be further updates to the website as a whole in the future?
Definitely. We will monitor our website on a daily basis, adding products and updating any features which we believe will make it easier for you, our customers, to navigate the site.
- What if I find an error?
We would certainly appreciate any feedback; just Contact Us and we will see that it is corrected or take your suggestions into consideration.
- Do you accept returns?
Yes. We will accept returns on all brand new items in the original packaging and condition, including original box, packages, manuals and paperwork within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please contact us for a return authorization number. Once the item is returned to us in its original and unused condition, we will refund you in full. If you receive a defective item or an item that you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible. If you received a damaged item, we will help make the necessary arrangements to get replacement parts, replacement item shipped to you with no additional shipping charges to you, or refund your purchase in full. If the item arrives damaged, please retain the original box as well as all packing materials as they will be necessary to facilitate a proper return and damage claim.
- Do we ship outside the USA?
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Intl or Express Mail Intl for all our chess sets and related chess items, electronic chess computers, boardgames, and electronic handheld games. As the flat rates stated on our Shipping page only apply to domestic shipping (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico), please contact us first so we can obtain the shipping charges for you before ordering. We do not, at this time, ship internationally for the jumping stilts, metal detectors, camping gear, and boating products.
- Can I pick up the item in person?
Pickups are not available. We ship from different warehouses so we cannot accommodate pickup.
- What is included in your Postage and Handling and how much is it?
We currently offer FREE shipping on many items; otherwise, we have staggered our shipping fees to be fair to our customers rather than charging by weight of the products. They are as follows: Shipping & Handling for orders between $0 and $24.99 -- $6.95 Shipping & Handling for orders between $25 and $98.99 -- $9.95 Shipping & Handling for orders above $99 will be charged a flat rate of $15.50 if it does not indicate Free Shipping on that particular item.
