We currently offer FREE shipping on many items; otherwise, we have staggered our shipping fees to be fair to our customers rather than charging by weight of the products. They are as follows:
- Shipping & Handling for orders between $0 and $24.99 -- $5.95
- Shipping & Handling for orders between $25 and $98.99 -- $8.95
- Shipping & Handling for orders above $99 will be charged a flat rate of $12.50 if the item does not indicate Free Shipping is available on that particular item.

Orders will ship within two to three business days. They will then take five to seven days, if shipped ground, to arrive at their destination whether UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex. We also accept Personal Checks; as soon as the check has cleared, your item will follow the above procedures. Should an item be out of stock, we will immediately notify you by email of the status of your order, so you can decide whether to put it on backorder with a time frame or cancel your order.
Our products all come with manufacturers' warranties. To the extent that issues arise that are covered by the applicable warranty, then free shipping is included within the continental United States if replacement parts are required or replacement of the total item. We will accept returns on all brand new items in the original packaging and condition, including original box, packages, manuals and paperwork within 20 days of purchase. Please contact us for a return authorization number. Once the item is returned to us in its original and unused condition, we will refund you in full. If you receive a defective item or an item that you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible. If you received a damaged item, we will help make the necessary arrangements to get replacement parts, replacement item shipped to you with no additional shipping charges to you, or refund your purchase in full. If the item arrives damaged, please retain the original box as well as all packing materials as they will be necessary to facilitate a proper return and damage claim.
